Difficulties in downloading or running software are often related to Internet connections and computer problems. Let's check first to see if Web Seek Pro's executable file (wsp.exe) is where it should be. RIGHT click on Start, Explore. Double click on C: (or your hard-drive letter), Program Files, Web Seek Pro.
